How quickly will you reply?
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Partnership and press enquiries may take slightly longer if we need to involve more of the team.
What information should I include in my message?
The more detail, the better:
- Customers: name, sign‑up email, country and any order/box reference.
- Brands/retailers: company name, website, product categories and rough stock volumes.
