What is Prelovedd?

Prelovedd is a personal styling service built around pre‑loved clothes. We create ready‑to‑wear outfits in the app and offer curated Prelovedd Boxes - mini capsule wardrobes sourced from resale partners and brand returns.

How does the Prelovedd Box work?

 
You choose a box type and tell us your style. We curate 3–7 pre‑loved pieces that work together as outfits. Try everything at home, keep what you love and (for eligible box types) return what doesn’t fit.

    Where do the clothes & accessories come from?

    We source clothing, footwear and accessories from trusted resale marketplaces, specialist second‑hand shops and brand returns / trade‑in programmes. Every piece is inspected and graded.

    What condition are the items in?

    Each item of clothing, footwear and accessories are graded (A: like new, B: light wear, C: vintage/character). We list the condition clearly so you know what to expect before you buy or try a box.

    How do I create my style profile?

    Sign up and answer a few quick questions about sizes, budget, preferred fits and the looks you like. You can upload a few photos to help us understand your shape and style - fast and simple.

    Is Prelovedd available in my country?

    We’re launching region by region. Join the waitlist with your email and country and we’ll notify you as soon as we’re live in your area.

    What is a Clearout?

    A Clearout bag is a Prelovedd bag you fill with pre-loved clothes, accessories and shoes you no longer want. Send it to us and we’ll resell, donate or recycle the items.

    How long does trade‑in take and how will I get paid?

    Transit usually takes a few days; warehouse processing typically takes a few weeks. Once items sell, choose instant store credit (for pre‑loved items with us or for new items with a brand partner) or donate the proceeds to a charity partner.

    How do I order a Clearout bag?

    Go to Order a bag, select the Clearout option, enter your delivery address and complete the order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with delivery details.

    What can I send and what if items don’t sell?

    Include wearable, clean items in good condition. Avoid heavily damaged or stained pieces. Items not accepted for resale will be donated to our charity partners or responsibly recycled; final acceptance is at the warehouse team’s discretion.
