REGULARLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions
We have put together some commonly asked questions
What types of stock do you accept?
We accept customer returns, trade‑ins, samples, end‑of‑season overstock and specific problem SKUs. Tell us volumes and categories and we’ll recommend the best route.
How do returns and customer service work?
We manage consumer returns and customer support for items we sell. Returned items are re‑graded and either restocked, assigned to future boxes, discounted in drops or handled according to your preference (returned to you, recycled or donated).
Can we set minimum prices, discount limits or geographic restrictions?
Yes. We agree pricing bands, maximum discounting thresholds and territory restrictions before launch so resales align with your brand strategy.
What do you do to protect our brand?
We present products in a curated, outfit‑led environment; use agreed pricing guardrails; restrict geography or channels if required; and apply brand approvals for hero pieces or co‑branded collections.
Who owns the inventory and how are payments handled?
Ownership depends on the model. Under consignment you retain ownership until sale; we remit agreed shares on a set schedule. Under buy‑out we purchase stock up front. All payments and reporting terms are agreed in the contract.
How do you handle grading, cleaning and repairs?
Every item is inspected and graded (A: like new, B: light wear, C: visible wear). We perform cleaning and minor repairs in‑house or via vetted partners. High‑value items receive specialist care and authentication.
