We work with second‑hand apparel, footwear and accessories across womenswear, menswear, kids and unisex. For niche categories or special items, we’ll review and confirm fit for the Prelovedd resale programme.

What makes Prelovedd different?

Built for pre‑loved. We turn returns and resale stock into styled, ready‑to‑wear outfits. Our styling engine plus human stylists match size, budget & calendar. We grade and prep at scale, source trusted stock, & enable instant trade‑in credit so customers keep buying.

Can we control pricing and where items are sold?

Yes. We set agreed pricing bands, discount rules and channel/geography limits together. You retain control over appearance, placement and where items can be sold, including approved marketplaces and partner channels.

How much operational work is required from us?

Once we agree scope and volumes, you send selected stock on a regular schedule (or enable customer trade‑ins). We handle grading, prep, styling, pricing, fulfilment and reporting — no extra operations team required.

What is recommerce?

Recommerce is the resale of pre‑loved goods. Prelovedd supplies the software (SaaS) and operations to run trade‑in programmes, recover returns and unsold stock, boost customer loyalty and drive circularity.

How do the boxes work?

You fill in a style profile, choose your box type and budget, and we curate pre‑loved pieces that work together as outfits. When your box arrives, you try everything on at home, keep what you love and (for eligible box types) return what doesn’t fit or suit you.
